1. Example license

For this fictional example, an authorized user receives permission to use TruView TMS to explore the workflows available to their assigned role. The example license does not transfer ownership of the application.

2. Example user responsibilities

Users keep their sign-in credentials private, use only records they are authorized to access, and avoid sharing another person's information without permission. Demonstrations should use fictional records.

3. Example information handling

Information entered in a demonstration is used to illustrate application behavior. This placeholder does not replace an approved privacy notice, data-handling agreement or organization policy.

4. Example availability

Demonstration features may change or be unavailable while the application is being tested. This fictional text establishes no fees, service commitments or support obligations.

5. Replacement with approved terms

The application owner will supply approved terms separately before this sample is used as a real agreement. The application does not collect acceptance of this fictional EULA.
